How quickly will I receive my card sets?
Usually under a minute after payment clears. That is an estimate, not a guarantee: stock, Steam availability and trade restrictions can affect your order.
Do you need my Steam password?
No. Sign-in happens on Steam's own login page. We use your saved trade URL to send an offer; we do not need your password or access to your account.
How many sets do I need for my target?
A standard badge craft grants 100 XP. Level 50 requires 15,000 total XP; starting at the beginning of level 10 leaves 14,000 XP, or 140 crafts. Your existing XP, badge eligibility and available stock affect the actual order.
What happens if my target exceeds current stock?
The live calculator and checkout show the highest level our current inventory can deliver, with a one-click option to adjust your order. Seasonal sets appear separately when an event is active.
How do referrals and loyalty points work?
Sign in to get your personal referral link. When a friend orders through it, you earn loyalty points toward future purchases. Points can be used for bonus card sets. Your account page is the source of truth for your balance.
What happens if my order has a problem?
If an order fails before payment completes, you are not charged. If it fails after payment, contact support. Refunds are handled against the original order; see the full FAQ and Terms for details.
