Frequently Asked Questions
Questions, answered
Everything about how leveling, payments, and delivery work.
How does leveling up actually work?
We sell you complete Steam trading card sets for games you're short on. Crafting a set into a badge grants XP toward your Steam level β we deliver the cards via a real Steam trade offer, but you have to craft them yourself on Steam once you receive them.
Which payment methods do you accept?
TF2 keys, Steam Gems, and PayPal. We used to accept CS:GO keys too, but that option has been retired.
Why can't I reach my target level?
We can only sell sets we actually have in stock. If your target level exceeds what our current inventory can deliver, checkout will show you the highest level we can currently get you to, with a one-click option to adjust your order.
Is my trade URL safe to share with you?
Yes β a trade URL only lets someone send you a trade offer, it can't be used to log in, take items, or access your account. We validate that the trade URL you save actually belongs to your own Steam account.
Where do I find my trade URL?
On Steam: Inventory β Trade Offers β "Who can send me trade offers?" There's a direct link to that page from your Account settings here too.
How long does an order take?
Usually under a minute once payment clears β we reserve your cards, send a real Steam trade offer, and you just need to accept it in your Steam client.
What happens if my order fails?
If something goes wrong before payment completes, you're never charged. If it happens after, contact support and we'll sort it out β refunds are tracked and linked to the original order in your trade history.
What are Seasonal Sets?
Time-limited card sets tied to Steam events, priced separately from the regular catalog. They only show up on the calculator while an event is active.
Can I get banned from using this site?
Yes, for abuse (chargebacks, fraud, scamming other traders). A ban blocks new purchases; it doesn't affect anything on your actual Steam account.
Do you store my personal data?
Only what's operationally necessary β your Steam ID, trade history, and saved trade URL. No IP addresses, device info, or activity logs. You can request deletion of your account data from the Account page at any time.
